Full Time About Us The Performance Lab (TPL) is a multi-disciplinary medical practice dedicated to the rehabilitation of patients recovering from musculoskeletal (MSK) and brain injuries. With a team of experienced Medical Directors specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Sports Medicine, Interventional Pain, Neurology, and Traumatic Brain Injury. TPL offers comprehensive, hospital-level care in a convenient outpatient setting, by integrating a wide range of services under one roof. The Performance Lab ensures personalized, continuous support throughout each patient's recovery journey.Position Summary:
The Chiropractor is part of a collaborative care team consisting of physical therapists, occupational therapists, physicians, and rehabilitation specialists. This role is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with musculoskeletal conditions through evidence-based chiropractic care and rehabilitative treatment approaches. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual therapy, spinal and extremity adjustments, and patient centered care, while contributing to integrated plans that support functional recovery and overall wellness.Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including physical examinations, medical history reviews, and diagnostic assessments. Develop and implement individualized chiropractic treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary care team. Provide spinal and extremity adjustments, soft tissue therapies, and rehabilitative exercise recommendations. Educate patients on posture, ergonomics, injury prevention, lifestyle modifications, and overall wellness strategies. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated and effective patient care. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) system. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate. Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and continuing education activities to support clinical excellence and continuity of careQualifications:
Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C) degree from an accredited chiropractic college. Current and valid chiropractic license in the state of Florida. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience ideally in a rehabilitation, sports medicine, or multidisciplinary setting. Proficiency in manual adjustment techniques, soft tissue mobilization, and rehabilitative exercise. Strong communication abilities with a patient-centered approach to care. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.Job Type:
