This role is ideal for a chiropractor who enjoys variety, thrives in different clinical environments, and is passionate about delivering consistent, high-quality care while supporting multiple locations. As a Float Chiropractor, you'll play an essential role in ensuring continuity of care by providing coverage during provider absences, supporting clinic growth, and assisting with patient demand throughout the region. Position Summary The Float Chiropractor evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients with injuries and impairments of the neuromusculoskeletal system, with an emphasis on the spine, neck, joints, muscles, and related soft tissues. This provider delivers evidence-based chiropractic care while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to help patients recover, improve function, and return to their daily activities. The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized, clinically confident, and comfortable traveling between multiple clinic locations. Essential Responsibilities Evaluate patients by obtaining medical histories, performing physical examinations, and identifying musculoskeletal conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings. Perform chiropractic adjustments, spinal manipulation, soft tissue therapies, and other clinically appropriate treatments. Interpret diagnostic imaging, including X-rays and MRI reports, to support patient care. Educate patients on posture, ergonomics, stretching, strengthening exercises, injury prevention, and healthy lifestyle habits. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate. Maintain thorough, timely, and accurate clinical documentation within the electronic medical record. Collaborate with physicians, medical providers, and clinic staff to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Refer patients to specialists or other healthcare providers when clinically appropriate. Support multiple clinics by providing scheduled coverage and maintaining continuity of patient care. Stay current on evidence-based chiropractic practices through continuing education and professional development. Required Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution. Current, active Florida Chiropractic Physician license. Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability and willingness to travel regularly between Bradenton, Sarasota, St. Petersburg, and Tampa clinics. Preferred Qualifications Experience treating personal injury, accident, rehabilitation, or sports medicine patients. Experience in a multidisciplinary or integrated healthcare setting. Bilingual, English/Spanish, preferred. Position Type / Expected Schedule This is a full-time float position supporting multiple clinic locations throughout the Tampa Bay region. The schedule may vary based on clinic needs but generally falls within the following operating hours:

8:30 a.m.•7:00 p.m.
Tuesday:
8:30 a.m.•7:00 p.m.
Wednesday:
8:30 a.m.•7:00 p.m.
Thursday:
8:30 a.m.•7:00 p.m.
Friday:
8:30 a.m.•5:00 p.m.
Saturday:
9:00 a.m.•5:00 p.m. (as scheduled) Clinic assignments and schedules are provided in advance and may vary based on provider coverage needs. Travel Requirements Regular travel between Bradenton, Sarasota, St. Petersburg, and Tampa clinics is required. Mileage reimbursement is provided in accordance with company policy.
