In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive chiropractic care to patients, focusing on musculoskeletal health, pain management, and overall wellness. Your expertise will help improve patient mobility, reduce discomfort, and promote long-term health through evidence-based practices and personalized treatment plans. What You'll Do:
  • Deliver outstanding chiropractic care and create exceptional patient experiences.
  • Create specific care plans for patients.
  • Grow the practice through community outreach, networking, workshops and local events.

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and biomechanical evaluations, to identify musculoskeletal issues. Develop and implement individualized care plans utilizing chiropractic diversified techniques, manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and other evidence-based modalities. Manage acute pain conditions and assist patients with rehabilitation strategies to restore function and mobility. Utilize healthcare diagnosis skills to interpret medical imaging results and incorporate findings into treatment strategies. Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and preventive care practices to promote active participation in their health journey. Maintain accurate documentation of patient visits, treatment progress, and care plans using EMR/EHR systems. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal outcomes.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and the musculoskeletal system essential for accurate diagnosis and effective treatment. Proficiency in physical assessments, physical examinations, and musculoskeletal diagnostics to evaluate patient conditions thoroughly. Expertise in chiropractic diversified technique, manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and pain medicine for effective symptom relief. Experience in acute pain management, patient observation, occupational health, and primary care settings. Ability to communicate clearly with clients about diagnoses, treatment options, and care plans while demonstrating excellent client communication skills. Familiarity with medical terminology and medical imaging interpretation to support accurate diagnoses.
