Job Description
Associate Doctor of Chiropractic — LaGrange, GA Join a practice with 70+ years of legacy in the LaGrange community — and a mentor who's serious about building your career, not just filling a chair. Our clinic delivers holistic, outcome-based care centered on real spinal correction — not just symptom relief. Our lead doctor runs a team that measures results, tracks function, and gives patients real transparency. This is a mission-driven practice, not a numbers mill. What you'll do: Adjust 40-60 patients/day across a full suite of services (spinal correction, pediatric & prenatal care, neuropathy, decompression, shockwave therapy, and more) Get out into the community and help grow the practice's presence Build toward a clinic director or case manager role over time What you'll get: $60,000-$90,000 salary + bonus Health insurance / FSA, 401K, paid liability insurance Paid holidays, PTO, and CEU/seminar stipend Real 1-on-1 mentorship from day one — not a perk, a daily process Who we're looking for: A self-starter who's also coachable. Someone who lives an active, healthy lifestyle and wants to plant roots in a community for the long haul. Confident enough to lead, humble enough to keep growing.
