Skills Proficiency in medical software for scheduling, record-keeping, and telehealth platforms to ensure seamless patient management. Strong patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse client populations. Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and patient assessment techniques to support clinical procedures effectively. Excellent client communication skills combined with a proactive attitude towards patient care and clinic operations.
