• This is a full-time role that will primarily support our Louisville-Downtown clinic.

This position will occasionally travel to support our Louisville-South clinic (on Dixie Hwy), once a month at our Lexington clinic, and twice a month at our Elizabethtown clinic. Mileage reimbursement is available and this role is bonus eligible!

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and assess patient's clinical issues and health care needs Record physical findings, and formulates plan and prognosis, based on patient's condition and the doctor's plan of treatment Evaluations and Re-evaluations of established patients Refers patients to Physician for consultation or to specialized health resources for treatment when needed. Discusses the case with Physician and other health professionals to prepare a comprehensive patient care plan Performs pain management injections for specific diagnoses according to practice protocols Prescribe/Order as medically indicated

Required Skills and Abilities:

Experience in Automobile Personal Injury or Workman's Comp Highly proficient with computers, especially EMR Software, Meaningful Use, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to manage high levels of stress and capable of making sound difficult decisions.

Education:

Must have a valid, unrestricted professional license in the state of Kentucky and be able to obtain clinical privileges to practice medicine DEA Registration, preferred (PA candidates are not required to have DEA)
