Lighthouse Chiropractic is looking for an Associate Chiropractor to join our growing, fast paced clinic in Elk River, Minnesota. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated chiropractor who wants to grow within an established practice, build strong patient relationships, and potentially step into long-term leadership or ownership opportunities in the future. We are not looking for someone simply searching for a steady paycheck. We are looking for someone who enjoys serving patients, works hard, takes initiative, and wants to help build something meaningful alongside an experienced and successful clinic team.

About Our Clinic:

Established chiropractic clinic with strong community reputation High patient volume and supportive team environment Variety of patient care including wellness, personal injury, workers compensation, therapies, and digital x-ray services.

Responsibilities:

Perform chiropractic evaluations Deliver chiropractic adjustments and treatment plans Manage patient care and documentation Oversee therapies and exercise recommendations Assis with PI and workers compensation cases Build strong patient relationships and retention Contribute positively to clinic growth and culture

Compensation:

$200/day guaranteed base during introductory period Performance based bonus opportunities Long term growth potential for the right candidate
