Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Chiropractic Assistant / Front Desk! This vital role combines patient-centered support with front-office responsibilities to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for every visitor. You will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional service while assisting with clinical tasks that support patient care. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a vibrant, health-focused environment dedicated to improving lives through chiropractic care. Duties Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring all intake forms and documentation are completed accurately Schedule appointments, confirm patient visits, and manage the clinic's calendar to optimize daily operations Assist chiropractors with patient assessments by gathering medical history and understanding patient concerns Provide excellent patient service by answering questions, explaining procedures, and ensuring patients feel comfortable and informed Maintain accurate records of patient information, treatment plans, and progress notes using medical terminology and anatomy knowledge Support clinical staff with basic physiology knowledge during treatment preparations and follow-up instructions Handle administrative tasks such as insurance verification, billing support, and managing phone inquiries professionally Qualifications Previous experience in patient service or front desk roles in healthcare settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology to effectively communicate with patients and staff Ability to assess patient needs through attentive listening and clear communication during intake processes Knowledge of patient assessment techniques to support chiropractors in delivering quality care Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to help others succeed in their health journey Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a real difference! Monday (8am-6pm), Wednesday (8am-6pm) and Saturday (9pm-12:30pm) Benefits Employee discount
