Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Chiropractor to join our ChiroWay team in Woodbury. In this role, you will provide exceptional chiropractic care focused on improving community well-being through specific chiropractic care, clear care recommendations, consistent follow-through, and personalized outcomes of care. In addition to providing high-quality care, you will help grow the practice through community engagement, relationship building, outreach, referrals, and creating awareness of ChiroWay. Duties Provide high-quality chiropractic care consistent with the ChiroWay model and standards of care. Perform appropriate consultations, examinations, assessments, and chiropractic evaluations to determine client needs and recommendations for care. Deliver specific chiropractic adjustments using appropriate techniques based on client presentation, clinical judgment, and ChiroWay care standards. Develop clear, individualized care recommendations and communicate them confidently and effectively. Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and provide an exceptional experience at every visit. Monitor client progress, communicate outcomes of care, and adjust recommendations when appropriate. Educate clients on the value of consistent chiropractic care and support them in understanding how chiropractic can fit into their long-term health and wellness goals. Maintain accurate, timely, and professional documentation within ChiroWay's clinical systems. Support client retention through strong communication, follow-up, relationship building, and quality care. Actively participate in community engagement, local relationship building, events, outreach, and networking opportunities. Help create awareness of ChiroWay within the Woodbury community and develop relationships that can introduce more people to chiropractic care. Contribute to practice growth through referrals, reactivation opportunities, community connections, and proactive relationship development. Use available time productively and take initiative in supporting client experience, practice growth, and team priorities. Participate in coaching, professional development, team meetings, and ongoing training. Collaborate with the ChiroWay team to maintain a professional, welcoming, organized, and growth-oriented practice environment. Requirements Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college. Current Minnesota chiropractic license or eligibility to obtain Minnesota licensure. Strong commitment to providing exceptional chiropractic care and client service. Ability to perform appropriate chiropractic examinations, assessments, and adjustments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable explaining care recommendations clearly and confidently. Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients. Comfortable meeting new people and developing relationships within the local community. Willingness to participate in community engagement, outreach, networking, and practice-growth activities. Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to take initiative. Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment. Strong follow-through, organization, and professional communication. Comfortable receiving coaching, working toward measurable goals, and continuing to develop professionally.
