for our TEAM This role will fit best for an individual who is empathetic/can relate to those around them, enjoys learning, likes to work with people, a desire to help individuals on their health journey, and is detail oriented. The primary focus of this role is performing patient exams, taking/marking x-rays, helping patients with corrective care rehab, and promoting chiropractic health and healing. The Tech Assistant is always ready to receive the incoming patients with energy, empathy, and direction. We provide comprehensive training and team collaboration. Key Responsibilities Managing patient exams during the shift Performing New Patient consults/exams/x-rays Performing patient Insight scans Performing Progress Exams/Progress exam Questionnaires Marking/sending/uploading x-rays Entering all exam notes into patient software Walking patients through at home exercises Demonstrating and helping patients learn in office rehab Completing Diagnosis codes for New patients and day 1 reports Sending x-ray reports for New patients and re-reports Follow up phone calls to new patients Scheduling patients for Orientations Educating, leading, and helping patient to hit their health goals. Qualifications Xray trained and MN certified would be a perk. If not, an exams and testing through MN will need to be completed during employment Compensation & Benefits Average of 30-35 hours per week.
