Job Description
Missouri Sport and Spine is a cash-based sports chiropractic and rehabilitation clinic located in Springfield, Missouri. We focus on identifying and treating the root cause of pain and movement dysfunction through a combination of chiropractic care, soft tissue treatment, rehabilitation, and recovery services. Our practice has developed strong relationships with local gyms, fitness communities, and active individuals throughout the Springfield area, resulting in consistent new patient growth and a loyal patient base. Services and Treatment Approach Our treatment model includes: Chiropractic adjustments Active Release Technique (ART) Graston Technique Corrective exercise and rehabilitation Sports injury management Performance and recovery optimization Medical-grade red light therapy Normatec compression therapy MarcPro muscle stimulation and recovery Unlike high-volume practices, we prioritize quality care with extended one-on-one treatment sessions and individualized treatment plans. What We Offer Established patient base with opportunity to assume existing patients Consistent new patient flow Strong referral relationships with local gyms and fitness professionals Fully equipped treatment and recovery facility Flexible independent contractor structure Mentorship and clinical guidance available during transition Administrative systems already in place Marketing support and practice growth opportunities Freedom to build your own style of practice within a supportive environment Ideal Candidate We are looking for a chiropractor who: Holds or is eligible for Missouri chiropractic licensure Is passionate about sports medicine, rehabilitation, and patient-centered care Enjoys working with athletes and active individuals Has Active Release Technique (ART) certification or interest in learning and incorporating ART principles Is motivated to grow both clinically and professionally Possesses strong communication and relationship-building skills Demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow a patient base Experienced chiropractors are welcome, but new graduates who are eager to learn, develop their clinical skills, and build a successful practice are strongly encouraged to apply. Compensation Structure Flexible independent contractor options available, including: Percentage-based collections model Flat monthly rent model Hybrid arrangements may be considered The practice provides administrative support, established systems, and a professional environment to help accelerate your success.
