We work with recreational athletes, competitive athletes, and active individuals to optimize performance, accelerate recovery, and prevent injury. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated, patient-centered Sports Chiropractor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in sports injuries, functional movement, and evidence-based care, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal and sports-related injuries Perform chiropractic adjustments (manual and/or instrument-assisted) Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating rehabilitation and corrective exercises Provide soft tissue therapies (e.g., myofascial release, IASTM, cupping, dry needling if certified) Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, biomechanics, and performance optimization Collaborate with physical therapists, athletic trainers, massage therapists, and other providers Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Uphold clinic standards for quality care, professionalism, and patient experience Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution Active state chiropractic license (or eligibility to obtain) Experience or strong interest in sports chiropractic and rehabilitation Knowledge of functional movement assessment and corrective exercise Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work with athletes of all levels and active individuals Preferred (But Not Required) Sports chiropractic certification (CCSP, DACBSP, or in progress) Experience working with athletic teams or sports organizations Dry needling certification Background in strength & conditioning or athletic training What We Offer Competitive compensation (salary + bonus or per-visit model) Supportive, collaborative team environment Opportunities for professional development and continuing education Access to a diverse athletic patient population Growth opportunities within a performance-focused clinic
