This position is not for everyone. If you are looking for a place to show up and adjust patients, this is not it. If you want to spend the next chapter of your career learning craniopathy, pediatric neurodevelopment, airway and palate development, and cranial-based TMJ care at a level most chiropractors never reach, keep reading. About Absolute Chiropractic Absolute Chiropractic is a neurologically-focused practice in Sea Girt, NJ specializing in three clinical areas: airway and palate development, nervous system regulation, and TMJ and cranial-based jaw instability. We are one of only two practices in the world with two Certified Pediatric Craniopaths on staff. We have served thousands of Jersey Shore families and earned over 420 five-star reviews because of the depth and consistency of the work, not because of hype. Subluxation correction is the foundation of everything we do. We look at the nervous system as the master control center, and every clinical decision flows from that understanding. If that language does not resonate with you, we are probably not the right fit. What You Are Walking Into This is a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment. We are not a 30-minutes-per-patient office. We deliver highly specific, case-by-case adjustments and we move. The pace is quick because the clinical skill is sharp enough to support it. You will learn to assess and adjust with precision, adapt to complex cases in real time, and build a level of clinical depth in craniopathy, neurodevelopmental care, prenatal care, and cranial-based assessment that most chiropractors spend careers trying to reach.
