We are a state-of-the-art, multidisciplinary recovery and wellness clinic currently located in Brick, NJ and opening a second clinic in Toms River, NJ. Position Overview We are seeking a licensed, driven Lead Chiropractor to serve as the clinical and operational leader of our new Toms River practice. This is more than a treating role — you will guide our team, shape our culture, and deliver customized care to the community. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team that includes an Occupational Therapist/COTA, Massage Therapist, Acupuncturist, and Front Desk staff. Leadership Responsibilities Supervise and manage a multidisciplinary team including OT/COTA, massage therapist, acupuncturist, and front desk staff Lead daily morning staff meetings to brief the team on patient conditions and clinic priorities Oversee staff and patient scheduling to ensure smooth daily operations Provide treatment planning oversight and facilitate collaborative care discussions Manage clinic workflow and day-to-day operational decisions Foster a positive, high-performance team culture Clinical Responsibilities Provide comprehensive chiropractic care including spinal adjustments, extremity adjustments, and manipulative therapy Utilize advanced therapeutic modalities including manual therapies, ultrasound, electrical muscle stimulation, shockwave therapy, and Normatec recovery systems Develop and oversee treatment plans across the multidisciplinary team Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Dr. Chrono EMR (all notes due by Friday at 11:59 PM weekly) Required Qualifications Active license to practice chiropractic medicine in the State of New Jersey Strong clinical skills with experience in diversified adjusting and rehabilitation techniques Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Proficiency with electronic medical records systems Self-motivated with the ability to manage clinic operations independently Passion for working with athletes and fitness enthusiasts Compensation Full-Time /
