Build a busy practice from day one. We're looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our growing, well-established clinic in beautiful Southern Oregon. Our practice has a loyal patient base and a consistent stream of new patients every month, allowing you to build your patient load quickly. You'll work alongside a supportive team, including experienced massage therapists, in a collaborative environment focused on delivering outstanding patient care. What You'll Do Perform chiropractic adjustments using diversified techniques Conduct patient consultations, examinations, and evaluations Develop personalized treatment plans that help patients achieve their health goals Collaborate with our on-site massage therapists to provide comprehensive care Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to efficient daily operations Build lasting relationships with patients through exceptional care and communication What We're Looking For Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic program Active Oregon chiropractic license or the ability to obtain licensure Experience with diversified adjusting techniques Sports chiropractic and/or family care experience is a plus Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset New graduates are encouraged to apply—we welcome doctors at all stages of their careers What We Offer Competitive base salary and percentage based on your monthly revenue Strong, consistent patient volume with new patients every month Health insurance and additional benefits available Two weeks of paid time off (PTO) plus paid holidays Insurance credentialing handled by our team for a smooth onboarding process A collaborative, supportive work environment where you can grow professionally The opportunity to make an immediate impact in a well-established, respected practice
