WELLNESS CENTER PDX
Advanced Wellness Center Portland, OR Job Details Full-time 1 hour ago Qualifications Teamwork Sonography Diagnostic radiology Weight loss Patient interaction Full Job Description Chiropractor
  • Full-Time or Part-Time The Wellness Center PDX
  • Portland (Belmont) & Beaverton (Barnes Road), OR The Wellness Center PDX (TWCPDX) is a locally owned, fast-growing integrative health clinic with locations in Portland's Belmont neighborhood and Beaverton's Barnes Road area.
Since 2012, we've grown from a single provider working out of a windowless gym basement into a 25-person team of 12+ providers — chiropractors, naturopathic doctors, acupuncturists, and more — all working together under one roof.
Our mission is simple:
  • to enhance patients' lives with trusted health care providers.
  • We're not a building full of independent providers who happen to share a lobby.
Every patient case is worked by a real, collaborative team — backed by diagnostic tools like X-ray, ultrasound diagnostics, and nerve conduction studies — so patients get an accurate diagnosis and a treatment plan built around the whole person, not a single discipline. We are seeking a skilled, energetic, and compassionate chiropractor who is excited to grow with a dynamic, mission-driven practice and become a visible leader on our team and in the community.
  • Our Core Values — DICCE
  • Diversity
  • We serve a wide range of patients and needs, and we value the different backgrounds and perspectives our team brings to patient care.
  • Integrity
  • We do what's right for the patient, every time — no overpromising, no overtreating.
  • Commitment
  • We show up fully for our patients and for each other, and we follow through.
  • Communication
  • We believe better communication is what actually changes patients' lives — clarity and honesty build trust.
  • Excellence
  • We hold a high clinical and service standard, because patients deserve our best, not our minimum.
  • What You'll Do
  • Provide high-quality chiropractic care as part of a true multidisciplinary team
  • Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with naturopathic doctors, acupuncturists, massage therapists, and physical therapists
  • Use diagnostic tools (X-ray, ultrasound, nerve conduction studies) to guide accurate diagnoses
  • Support patients across our full range of services, including chiropractic care, naturopathic medicine, acupuncture, massage therapy, physical therapy/rehab, IV therapy, neuropathy treatment protocols, GLP-1 weight loss support, and car accident/personal injury care
  • Educate patients on long-term wellness, not just symptom relief
  • Help manage clinic flow and support staff leadership
  • Contribute to a positive, high-energy, patient-first clinic culture
  • Our Ideal Candidate
  • Friendly, confident, and highly personable
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership
  • A strong problem solver who requires minimal supervision
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced schedule with a busy patient load
  • Believes, like we do, that patients don't care how much you know until they know how much you care
  • Passionate about patient care and willing to go the extra mile to help patients feel seen, heard, and taken care of
  • Interested in growing professionally and becoming active in the community
  • Comfortable working in an integrated, team-based care model rather than practicing solo
  • Experience with RXNT or similar EHR/chiropractic software is a plus Training and mentorship will be provided for the right candidate. If you are looking to be part of an intentional, purpose-driven clinic that helps people regain their health and reach the next level of vitality — without boxing yourself in as "just a chiropractor" — we would love to meet you.
