Job Description

Part-Time Associate Chiropractor Opportunity - Limerick, PA (Philly Suburbs) I'm looking to add a part-time associate chiropractor (~20 hours/week) to my established practice in Limerick, PA. I'm looking for someone who loves chiropractic, wants to help people, and also believes that life outside the office matters.
The vision is simple:
We work because we want to, not because we have to. The long-term goal is for both doctors to work around 20 hours/week and have 3 days off per week while continuing to provide excellent care and maintain a sustainable practice. While this is technically an associate position, my goal is for it to feel much more like a collaborative partnership. I want the right person to have a voice, practice with autonomy, and feel like a valued member of the practice.
About the practice:
Established, stable patient base Evidence-informed, patient-centered care Wide variety of musculoskeletal cases No aggressive sales tactics or high-pressure care plans No churn-and-burn environment Supportive staff and relaxed office culture I'm an evidence-informed, patient-centered chiropractor, but I'm not looking for a clone of myself. I would love to find someone who brings their own strengths, personality, and clinical interests to the practice. This could be a great fit for: A parent who wants meaningful work while still being present at home An experienced chiropractor looking for a healthier pace A newer graduate who values mentorship and wants to grow without burnout Compensation starts at $50/hour, with additional benefits including: Paid malpractice insurance coverage Paid Pennsylvania license renewal Annual CE allowance Immediate bonus opportunities as the practice grows If this sounds like the type of environment you've been looking for, I'd love to connect. Feel free to comment or message me directly.
Pay:
From $50.00 per hour
Benefits:
Employee discount Flexible schedule
