• Getting to know & greeting our patients
• Scheduling patients
• Answering phones and texts through our EHR,
• Assisting patient in using the vibe plate and other healing modalities
• Uploading/scanning/shredding, etc.

This person may also be working to coordinate patient schedules and help with answering phones. • 30 hours per week.

Our hours are split in the morning and in the afternoon. In the middle of the day we will do training, but on days that we don't do training, there is time to rest, exercise, run errands, etc. It is necessary to have a passion for holistic health and natural healing, as your words can be as powerful as those of doctors in terms of bringing hope and encouragement to our patients.
