Experience & Clinical Skills Required:

This position is for an experienced chiropractor who has already developed proficiency in the foundational skills of chiropractic practice. You'll be adjusting 70-80 patients per day in our high-volume setting, so you need to hit the ground running with confidence and competence in: Multiple adjusting techniques including Diversified, Gonstead, Thompson, Applied Kinesiology, Flexion Distraction, and Activator Engaging table talk that educates patients, builds trust, and reinforces the transformational power of chiropractic care Comprehensive chiropractic examinations including orthopedic and neurological testing Taking and analyzing full spine X-rays with proper positioning, interpretation, and digital study measurements Reading and explaining INSiGHT scan results to patients in a way they understand Creating and managing individualized care plans that track progress and deliver measurable results Adjusting prenatal and pediatric patients with confidence and appropriate technique modifications - this is a MUST Our doctors will mentor you to refine your approach and adapt to RLC's neurologically-focused model, but you should already have these core competencies mastered. Our patient base is used to the best, and we need someone who can deliver excellence from day one.
