Part-Time Chiropractor - Coverage with Long-Term Opportunity Connected Health Centers Connected Health Centers is dedicated to fostering an inspiring environment that positively influences the lives of our team, patients, and community. Role Overview We are seeking a patient-centered, reliable, and growth-minded Part-Time Chiropractor to join our team for practice coverage, with long-term opportunity for the right candidate. This is a great fit for a chiropractor who wants to step into a growing practice, deliver excellent care, build trust with patients, and contribute to both patient outcomes and clinic growth. Our approach includes Doctor led evaluation when clinically appropriate and a focus on corrective, targeted care designed to address root issues, not just short-term symptom relief. Hours will begin on a limited basis for transition and onboarding, then increase during the maternity coverage period based on practice needs and patient demand. For a doctor who performs strongly and integrates well with the team and patient base, there is a real opportunity for this role to continue beyond maternity coverage. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients and deliver high-quality chiropractic care focused on pain relief, improved function, and long-term wellness Build trust with new and existing patients to ensure strong continuity of care Clearly explain findings, recommendations, and next steps Convert appropriate patients into active care plans through strong patient education Support patient retention and help patients stay engaged through their recommended plan of care Complete documentation, daily notes, re-exams, and records accurately and on time Maintain documentation standards for cash, insurance, and personal injury patients Work closely with front desk and support staff to ensure smooth patient flow and follow-up Participate in community outreach, screenings, and corporate wellness events Represent the clinic professionally in and outside the office What We're Looking For Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college Active Texas chiropractic license in good standing Eligible for malpractice insurance Strong clinical, adjusting, and patient communication skills Able to confidently educate patients on treatment recommendations Experience with, or willingness to learn, insurance and PI documentation Strong time management and organizational skills Comfortable in a private practice environment where both care and growth matter Positive, dependable, professional, and team-oriented Compensation $35-$50/hour base rate Plus generous performance-based incentives Strong earning upside tied to patient conversion and contribution to clinic growth Why Join Us?
