Personal Injury Case Coordinator - Chiropractic Office Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Injury Case Coordinator to join our chiropractic clinic. This role is critical in managing personal injury (PI) cases from intake through coordination of care, ensuring seamless communication between patients, attorneys, insurance carriers, and healthcare providers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment, understands PI workflows, and can efficiently manage documentation, scheduling, and case progression. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage personal injury cases within the chiropractic office from intake through active treatment Schedule patient appointments and maintain consistent follow-up to ensure continuity of care Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, attorneys, insurance companies, and referring providers Review, organize, and maintain medical records, billing statements, and case documentation Prepare and transmit medical records, narratives, and billing packages upon request Track and follow up on outstanding documentation, records requests, and billing inquiries Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files within EMR and internal tracking systems Assist providers with documentation support, including affidavits, record summaries, and compliance-related forms Ensure proper handling of Letters of Protection (LOPs) and PI-related documentation workflows Provide general administrative and front-office support as needed Qualifications Prior experience in a chiropractic clinic, physical therapy office, personal injury practice, or legal setting preferred Working knowledge of personal injury case management, LOPs, and medical billing processes is highly desirable Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active cases simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor High attention to detail, especially with medical and legal documentation Proficiency with EMR systems, scheduling software, and standard office applications Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Preferred Skills (Bonus) Experience coordinating with PI attorneys and third-party administrators Familiarity with medical coding, billing workflows, or record submission protocols Understanding of PI timelines, settlements, and documentation requirements

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
