Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic high-volume chiropractic clinic specializing in personal injury (PI) and veteran affairs (VA) cases as an Associate Chiropractor. In this energetic role, you will deliver comprehensive chiropractic care to a diverse patient population, focusing on acute pain management, injury recovery, and overall wellness. You will utilize your expertise in patient assessment and physical examinations to develop tailored care plans that promote healing and improve quality of life. Duties Perform detailed patient observations, including physical examinations and assessments to identify musculoskeletal issues and injury patterns. Manage acute pain through evidence-based chiropractic techniques, trigger point therapy, and manual adjustments. Conduct thorough patient evaluations, utilizing medical terminology and anatomy knowledge to inform diagnosis and treatment strategies. Develop personalized care plans that incorporate physiologic understanding, medical imaging insights, and patient goals for optimal recovery. Provide education on occupational health concerns, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications to enhance long-term wellness. Document all patient interactions accurately, including treatment notes, progress reports, and care plans aligned with clinical protocols. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams when necessary to ensure comprehensive patient care and successful outcomes. Skills Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to musculoskeletal health. Skilled in patient observation, assessment techniques, and physical examinations for accurate diagnosis. Proficient in pain management strategies including trigger point therapy and manual adjustments. Experience with medical imaging interpretation to support clinical decision-making. Ability to develop effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs with a focus on primary care principles. Excellent communication skills for educating patients about treatment options and health maintenance.
