Associate ChiropractorWest Wellness Company Franklin, Virginia Full-Time | 4 Days Per Week | Base Salary + Bonus Structure West Wellness Company is seeking an associate chiropractor to join our growing wellness practice in Franklin, Virginia. We are an evidence-based, patient-centered clinic focused on providing high-quality chiropractic, rehabilitation, soft tissue therapy, functional wellness care, and SoftWave therapy in a modern boutique practice environment. This position is ideal for a chiropractor who values relationship-based care, enjoys working in a collaborative environment, and wants to grow within a practice that prioritizes quality over high-volume burnout. Our office currently maintains a highly established patient base with strong community demand and a consistent schedule. The incoming associate will step into a supportive environment with immediate patient flow, mentorship opportunities, and room for professional growth. Clinic Focus Areas Our office currently incorporates: Chiropractic care Soft tissue therapies Dry needling Corrective exercise and rehabilitation SoftWave therapy Functional wellness approaches Prenatal and postpartum care Performance-focused care We are especially interested in candidates who have interest or experience in: Rehabilitation and exercise prescription Sports or golf performance Women's health and perinatal care Soft tissue techniques Building long-term patient relationships Schedule Approximately 28-32 patient hours weekly Four-day work week No weekends required

Qualifications Required:
