Base salary is set at $70,000, with support to reach $100,000+ in production within your first 7-10 months . Working with us, you will gain hands-on experience and expertise in: Disc herniations and sciatica treatment Motor vehicle accident injuries and case management Chiropractic adjustment of severe acute low back pain Pediatrics, pregnancy and family chiropractic care Treatment of stubborn shoulder, knee, ankle and other chronic injuries Integrated care combining chiropractic adjustments, targeted manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, traction/decompression, and nutrition therapy Not a high volume practice, giving enough time for each patient You will receive personal one-on-one mentoring from Dr. Verg, so you quickly become confident in: Running your own patient cases Co-managing cases with orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, and other medical providers Providing expert testimony when needed Understanding the medicolegal aspect of personal injury We also welcome you to learn the business side of chiropractic, including networking, billing, and practice management — skills that will help you build a successful career whether you stay with us long-term or open your own practice one day. Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $70,000 per year Total compensation of $100,000 - $130,000+ is attainable, with $100k commonly reached on our standard 4-day workweek once your schedule fills. 2 weeks paid time off Malpractice insurance fully covered by the practice CE allowance Covering your License renewal fee for Washington and Oregon State at the beginning of the first year working with us Qualifications Licensed (or eligible) Doctor of Chiropractic in WA and/or OR.
