You are:

Passionate about movement, performance, and getting to the root cause of dysfunction Hungry to keep learning — DNS, SFMA, FRC, or similar frameworks are a plus Comfortable working with athletes, active adults, and complex musculoskeletal cases A strong communicator who can connect with patients and build trust quickly Someone who wants mentorship, not just a paycheck What You'll Do Perform comprehensive movement-based assessments and develop individualized care plans Deliver manual therapy, soft tissue work, and progressive rehabilitation Collaborate directly with Dr. McLaury on complex cases and clinical development Contribute to a clinic culture built on excellence, education, and outcomes What We Offer Competitive compensation structure with clear growth benchmarks Direct mentorship from a CCSP-credentialed sports chiropractor Exposure to a high-caliber, performance-focused patient population A modern, fully equipped clinic built for movement-based care No insurance billing — no prior authorizations, no claim denials, no busywork Long-term associate growth pathway with ownership potential for the right person Minimum Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution Licensed or license-eligible in Washington State Genuine interest in sports chiropractic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation Strong interpersonal and communication skills This role is NOT for you if: You want to see 30+ patients a day and go home You're looking for a place to coast You're not interested in growing your clinical skill set This role IS for you if: You want to be mentored by someone who has built something real You want to practice in a clinic that looks, feels, and operates differently You see yourself owning a clinic someday and want to learn how it's done Apex Sport & Spine is growing — and we're selective about who grows with us. Pay:

$70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
