  • 80,000 base + performance bonuses | Full-time For 18 years, our clinic has built a reputation in this community for exceptional upper cervical care and lasting relationships.
Now we're looking for the doctor who will help carry that forward and eventually lead it. This isn't a stepping-stone associate role. It's a mentorship-to-leadership pathway for someone who wants to plant roots, not pad a resume for a year before opening their own office. What Truly Matters We can teach technique. We can mentor clinical decision-making. What we can't teach is someone who naturally makes people feel heard, valued, and cared for. So while upper cervical experience is a bonus, it's not our top priority. We're looking for someone with strong communication skills, real emotional intelligence, and a genuine bedside manner, someone who believes listening is just as important as adjusting. You'll Thrive Here If You... Love building real relationships with patients, not just treating them Are humble enough to be coached and confident enough to grow Want to master upper cervical care under an experienced mentor Value excellence over ego Think long-term, not next-stepping-stone What You'll Learn Hands-on mentorship in: Upper cervical analysis and adjusting Clinical reasoning and patient management Communication and patient education Practice systems Leadership and team development Our goal isn't just to help you become a better chiropractor; it's to help you become an exceptional leader. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $70,000
  • 80,000, plus performance-based bonuses Continuing education stipend Paid malpractice insurance Paid licensing Paid time off Clear pathway to Clinic Director, with growing autonomy, responsibility, and compensation Retirement with employer match Health insurance What You'll Find Here An established upper cervical practice with an outstanding reputation 18 years of trust built within this community A supportive, experienced team that genuinely enjoys working together Mentorship from a doctor invested in your success A real leadership path for the right person How to Apply Send us your resume.
If you'd like, we'd also love a short video telling us: Why chiropractic? What kind of doctor do you want to become? Why does serving people matter to you? (Not required, but it's a great way to stand out.) We're not simply hiring an associate; we're investing in the future leader of this clinic. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear your story.
