$80,000 - $95,000 + Bonus Opportunities Job Description & Requirements We are a respected chiropractic clinic in Chilton, WI, and we're looking for a motivated Associate Chiropractor to join our growing team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000-$95,000, with additional bonus opportunities based on performance. Our associate will work a structured weekday schedule with a strong focus on delivering high-quality patient care while helping us continue expanding our presence in the community. Expected patient volume ranges from approximately 120-160 adjustments per week.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting patient consultations and comprehensive examinations Taking and reviewing X-rays Presenting Reports of Findings and personalized care recommendations Providing chiropractic adjustments and re-examinations Guiding patients through corrective exercises and rehabilitation protocols Offering lifestyle and wellness education to support long-term health Participating in team meetings, professional development, and training Marketing responsibilities may include patient education workshops, internal referrals, community outreach, and networking within the local area to help build relationships and increase awareness of chiropractic care. We operate in a collaborative team environment focused on delivering consistent patient results while providing supportive mentorship for associates who want to grow both clinically and professionally.
