Position Overview We are seeking an Associate Chiropractor who is eager to: Deliver excellent hands-on chiropractic care Learn advanced systems for clinical, operational, and relational success Strengthen diagnostic confidence and patient communication Grow in leadership, teamwork, and personal development Step into long-term leadership opportunities as clinic continues to grow This role offers structured mentorship directly from Dr. Tyler Reed and Dr. Seth Barr , both high-level clinicians with extensive experience in holistic and functional healing. Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: A recent graduate or early-career Chiropractor Passionate about holistic healing, functional care, and patient results Coachable, growth-oriented, and excited to learn A strong communicator who thrives in a team environment Motivated by patient outcomes—not just adjusting high volumes Interested in expanding both clinical and leadership skills What You'll Gain Work one-on-one with experienced doctors and learn: Advanced hands-on adjusting techniques Neuropathy and functional healing protocols Red light therapy and low-level laser therapy Communication mastery & report of findings training Practice operations, systems, and metrics Leadership development & team communication Real pathways for long-term professional advancement This opportunity can grow into a leadership track and eventually partnership for the right doctor. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + performance bonuses Structured mentorship & training Malpractice coverage Healthcare stipend CE credits covered (with payback window) Paid holidays 1 week PTO which will grow over tenure Access to clinic therapies (red light therapy, decompression, etc.) Salary range: $70,000 - to $125,000+ per year after bonuses.
