Job Overview Solmira Wellness Collective is not your traditional chiropractic office. Our treatment philosophy is integrative and holistic - meaning our practitioners know when adjustments or soft tissue or dry needling are best. We are not a adjust-and-go office, but make recommendations for PT, pilates, pelvic floor therapy, and more. Pay will start as commission + bonus structure for the first year of employment, then will be reviewed for potential revisions. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chiropractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive chiropractic care, have a developed understanding of DNS, focus on patient-centered treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall well-being. This role involves working closely with patients to assess their needs, develop effective care strategies, and deliver high-quality services in a professional environment committed to excellence in patient care. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments including physical examinations and evaluation of medical history Observe and monitor patient conditions to identify acute or chronic pain issues Develop and implement personalized care plans utilizing techniques such as trigger point therapy and other manual therapies Manage acute pain through appropriate chiropractic interventions and recommend additional treatments if necessary Perform routine physical examinations and utilize medical imaging when required to inform diagnosis and treatment Educate patients on physiologic processes, anatomy, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery and health maintenance Coordinate with other healthcare providers for occupational health concerns or complex cases requiring multidisciplinary approaches Maintain detailed documentation of patient visits, treatment plans, and progress notes using accurate medical terminology Stay current with advancements in chiropractic techniques, physiology knowledge, and medical guidelines to ensure best practices in patient care Experience Minimum 4 years clinical experience Proven experience in patient observation, acute pain management, and primary care within a chiropractic or related healthcare setting Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and medical imaging techniques Skilled in patient assessment, physical examinations, and developing effective care plans tailored to individual needs Experience with trigger point therapy, pain management strategies, and occupational health considerations is highly desirable Ability to communicate complex medical concepts clearly to patients and team members while demonstrating compassionate patient care skills Prior experience in managing patients with diverse conditions related to musculoskeletal health is preferred This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives through expert chiropractic care delivered in a supportive professional environment. Pay:
$25,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
