$70,000 - $100,000 per year (Base Salary + Performance Bonus) North Point Chiropractic is seeking a passionate Associate Chiropractor to join our growing family-focused practice in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. Responsibilities The Associate Chiropractor will be responsible for delivering high-quality chiropractic care while helping patients understand and commit to their care plans.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting patient examinations and health histories Performing chiropractic adjustments Delivering Reports of Findings and presenting care plans Providing clear and confident patient education Maintaining accurate and timely patient documentation Delivering consistent chiropractic care aligned with practice systems Supporting a positive and welcoming patient experience There may also be opportunities to participate in community education or outreach events , though clinical care remains the primary focus of this role. Techniques Utilized in the Practice North Point Chiropractic is primarily an Activator-based practice. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:

$70,000

Performance Bonus:

Monthly bonus tied to total practice collections. Total compensation typically ranges from $70,000 - $100,000+ depending on practice growth.
