What we are looking for We are seeking an Associate Engagement Lead - Analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and in-depth knowledge of datasets such as LAAD, DDD, XPO, etc. You enjoy working with complex data sets to help clients solve real world challenges, enhance business performance, manage risk, and develop practical, data-driven strategies. What you will do
Data Analysis and Integration:
Assist and support the integration and analysis of data from various sources, generating actionable insights and creating high-quality data repositories for informed decision-making.
Solution Development:
Collaborate with senior team members to design and implement data-driven solutions, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
Data Quality and Benchmarking:
Assist and support in establishing data quality benchmarks and implementing processes to ensure data accuracy.
Client Collaboration and Support:
Assist and support in aligning data initiatives with client goals by participating in meetings, gathering requirements, sharing insights, and providing technical support. Must Have 3-5 years of relevant experience in healthcare/pharma consulting, with at least 2 years in the U.S. market. Strong educational background in engineering (Bachelor's or Master's) with excellent academic performance. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Experienced in generating IC reports, scorecards, and HQ reports with accuracy and compliance. Skilled in identifying reporting needs, suggesting improvements, and communicating findings to both internal and client teams. Creative and analytical problem-solver who works effectively with minimal supervision. isBIz86cVE
