What we are looking for We are seeking a Sr Analyst - Analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, detailed knowledge of datasets like LAAD, DDD, and XPO, and a passion for working on complex data sets. You will play a critical role in helping clients solve real-world problems, drive business performance, navigate risks, and develop pragmatic, data-driven strategies What you will do
Leverage Technology & Best Practices:
Use emerging tech and industry best practices to address challenges in healthcare and pharma.
Data Structuring & Analysis:
Structure and model complex data to build statistical models and BI tools that support strategic decisions.
Advanced Analytics Tools:
Utilize Tableau, SAS, R, and Alteryx to improve patient outcomes and manage costs effectively.
Process Optimization:
Streamline recurring tasks by building scalable and efficient operational processes.
Client Collaboration:
Work closely with clients to deliver customized, high-impact solutions.
Mentorship & Innovation:
Support team development and contribute innovative ideas and solutions.
Internal Growth Initiatives:
Develop new internal offerings to drive business growth beyond client work. Must Have 2-3 years of relevant experience in healthcare/pharma consulting, including at least 1 year of experience in the U.S. market. Proven experience in persistence and compliance analysis using healthcare claims data. Strong expertise in claims-based analytics across patient, provider, and payer levels. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering with a strong academic track record. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders while maintaining a high standard of quality. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively present insights to both internal and client teams.
