A Clinical Data Analyst is responsible for gathering, compiling, modeling, validating, and analyzing clinical trial results data needed by pharmaceutical companies, governmental agencies, and biotechnology firms evaluate the effectiveness of their trial drugs. May be responsible for designing, testing, and implementing clinical data reporting systems for the clinical staff to use.

This is an onsite position that does require some travel. As our HIM Associate, you will help support accurate management, imaging, and accessibility of patient health information. Every day you will retrieve charts from patient care areas, reconcile records and follow up on missing documentation, and prep, scan, index, and validate medical records and other clinical documentation. To thrive in this role, you must be organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with technology, professional, and able to handle confidential information with discretion in a fast-paced environment. Here's what you will experience working as an
HIM Associate:
Retrieve charts from patient care areas and support document reconciliation Prep, scan, index, and quality-check medical records and clinical documentation Resolve missing or incomplete documentation and maintain record accuracy Generate patient lists and assist with calls or walk-in inquiries Follow HIPAA, privacy, and retention guidelines to protect patient information
Required Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds High degree of professionalism Discretion in handling highly confidential protected health information Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple HIM job functions For this US-based position, the base pay range is $16.61 - $22.95 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
