Perform procedures such as suturing, phlebotomy, catheterization, and wound care in accordance with clinical protocols. Skills Proficiency with EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks; experience with data management and medical records documentation. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, diagnostic evaluation techniques, and pharmacology principles. Ability to perform triage effectively in urgent care environments; adept at acute pain management and airway management. Familiarity with CPT coding standards for billing purposes; understanding of ICD coding (ICD-9/10) for accurate diagnosis documentation. Knowledge of telehealth platforms to deliver remote patient consultations; experience supporting clinical trials or public health initiatives is a plus.
