Job Description

Position Summary:
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey has opening for a Student Assistant for the Clinical Research and Occupational Medicine Division within the Environmental and Occupational Health Sciences Institute, located in Piscataway, NJ. The Student Assistant will support the WTC Health Program at Rutgers Behavioral Health Team with data entry, records management, and member services.
Duties include:
Data enter and scan documents into secure WTC databases Assist billing manager with processing medical claims Contact members and/or providers in the WTC Health Program to update contact information Assist with copying and securely transmitting medical records in response to incoming legal and medical requests

$20/hr for undergraduate students, $25/hr for graduate students
