Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Facets Analyst with strong expertise in Facets and US Healthcare Claims Processing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Facets Claims, Accumulators, Payments, and ASO modules, along with strong Oracle PL/SQL and analytical skills.Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and support claims processing within the US Healthcare Payer domain.
- Work extensively with Facets Claims, Accumulators, Payments, and ASO modules.
- Analyze business and system requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Facets and claims processing issues.
- Perform data analysis and support claims-related investigations using Oracle PL/SQL.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify and resolve system issues.
- Support ongoing enhancements and improvements to claims processing workflows.
- Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations for issue resolution.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience with Facets is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Claims Processing in the US Healthcare Payer domain.
- Strong knowledge of Facets Claims, Accumulators, Payments, and ASO modules.
- Strong experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates must have both Facets and Claims Processing experience.
