( Comscore, Total Visits, March 2025) Day to Day The Business Strategist II drives innovation across Sales and CS Operations. You will use data to inform actions and execute strategic pilots. These experiments aim to increase revenue and efficiency. A core task is setting the benchmark framework. You will apply advanced quantitative methods regularly. This includes machine learning and complex forecasting. This research supports senior leadership decision-making. You must also ensure data hygiene for all reporting and testing. Success requires collaboration with Product, Finance, and BI teams. You will communicate the value of analytics organization-wide. Responsibilities Manage new and existing contracts to ensure that ongoing contractual commitments are met Assisting in the preparation and delivery of reports and other required documentation to comply with contractual requirements Facilitate the processing of contract modifications, change orders, and variation requests Work with Sales team in the role of Public Sector deal capture Identify requirements for revenue opportunities Create and manage Agiloft tickets when necessary to facilitate Legal review Manage requirements/process implementation through to successful Public Sector awards Work alongside the Public Sector and other partner teams to identify, create and manage contractual/compliance initiatives Work at the direction of the Public Sector compliance program manager to align various segments of the business within Indeed to meet contractual compliance needs Skills/Competencies Requires a Bachelor's degree, and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or a Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience; or a PhD without experience Experience in strategic planning, sales, marketing and/or consulting Exceptional critical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and project management skills. Significant experience in systematic experimental design and analysis resulting in operational / commercial propositions. Experience examining large data sets (e.g. Python, R, Tableau) and proven database query experience (e.g. SQL), with demonstrated quantitative modelling experience. Solution-focussed with exceptional leadership and influencing skills. Thrives in a team setting. Salary Range Transparency Tier 1 - United States of America 93,000 - 139,000 USD per year Salary Range Disclaimer The salary range for this role reflects the minimum and maximum compensation for the role.
