Job Description
Who we are looking for We are looking for people who want to build a career. We are willing to train the ideal candidate in the deep industry knowledge necessary for success in this role. Here's what you'll be doing as a Pension Analyst The position can require daily onsite interaction with new pensioners and retirees Data entry to process eligibility information including enroll participants, process address changes, new dependents and terminations of coverage. candidate will learn COBRA, carrier updates, assigning correspondence to participant or group records, participant communications, claims processing and error reports. Provides customer service support to team including but not limited to, answering participant or Employer inquiries, participant research, completing action items as a result of phone inquiry. Review client and participant records to identify discrepancies and communicate the discrepancy with the appropriate party Reconcile participant accounts to ensure accurate billing in conjunction with enrollment which may include generation of refunds or transfer request. Manage electronic enrollment files, data input and extract capabilities Train alongside pension teams in Harmony and South Side Offices
QUALIFICATIONS
Prior computer and customer service related experience preferred Must also be able to critically think independently and make educated decisions while utilizing the resources available. Must have the ability to manage their own time throughout the day while actively listening to clients' needs Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel Experience with data analytics, preferably financial or pension Comfort with engaging with members and presenting information digitally, audibly or in person.Job Type:
