This highly visible, customer-facing role requires strong clinical knowledge, relationship-building skills, and a passion for improving patient and caregiver safety! The Clinical Specialist serves as a clinical expert, partnering with healthcare customers and sales teams to support product evaluations, implementation, education, and adoption of safe patient handling and mobility solutions. •This role requires a minimum of three years of clinical experience in an acute care setting and candidates must have an active Registered Nurse (RN) license . Clinical Specialist Responsibilities:
Partner with Sales and Key Account Managers to support customer evaluations, product trials, and successful implementations. Deliver clinical presentations, product demonstrations, and education to healthcare professionals and key stakeholders. Provide clinical expertise throughout the sales process, addressing customer needs and recommending solutions that improve patient, caregiver, and operational outcomes. Lead product evaluations and support healthcare teams to ensure proper product use, adoption, and successful clinical outcomes. Build and maintain relationships with clinical champions and decision-makers while gathering customer feedback and market insights. Conduct onsite and virtual product training, onboarding, and implementation programs to drive product utilization and reinforce best practices in safe patient handling and mobility. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Clinical Education teams to support business objectives and share competitive and market intelligence. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, customer events, and educational programs to promote products and strengthen customer engagement.
Clinical Specialist Qualifications:
•Must be a Registered Nurse to be considered. Minimum of three years of clinical experience in an acute care setting. Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms. Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
