Healtcare Claims Analyst Location:
Burbank, CA - Hybrid (local candidates only)
Employment Type:
Full-Time Summary Seeking an experienced customer service and claims professional to support participants, providers, and healthcare partners. This role handles claims processing, inbound customer inquiries, eligibility and benefits research, issue resolution, process improvement, and staff training while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Process healthcare claims and ensure accuracy and compliance. Handle high-volume inbound calls and resolve benefit, eligibility, and claims inquiries. Research and resolve complex claims and customer issues. Train and mentor new team members. Analyze business processes and recommend improvements. Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and workflow documentation. Support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 4+ years of healthcare claims processing experience preferred. 4+ years of call center experience required. Strong analytical, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of medical terminology, benefits, and eligibility. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excellent communication and organizational skills.
