This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, research, and mission-driven programs. What You'll Do Collect, organize, and review program data Track goals, outcomes, and performance indicators Analyze data and identify trends or areas for improvement Prepare reports, dashboards, charts, and presentations Support surveys, evaluations, and research projects Help ensure data is accurate, complete, and up to date Support grant and program reporting Work with program staff to improve data collection and reporting Share findings and recommendations with team members and leadership What We're Looking For Strong organizational and analytical skills Comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools Good communication and writing skills Attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, human services, social services, research, or program administration is a plus
