Greenville, SC Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM NHC HealthCare Mauldin is seeking a professional and detail-oriented HIM Assistant to join our post-acute healthcare team in Greenville, SC. 1-3 years of Health Information/Medical Records experience preferred CCS, CCA, or CPC-A certification preferred High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of EHR systems, ICD-10-CM, medical terminology, scanning, and filing Strong organizational and communication skills Review and maintain accurate patient medical records Scan and QA documents in the EHR system Ensure admission and discharge documentation is complete Assist physicians and staff with record updates Maintain filing systems and support audits/reports Competitive pay Dental & vision insurance Tuition Reimbursement 401(k) options If you are passionate about healthcare and serving the geriatric population, apply today!
