This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your clinical expertise in a fast-paced environment, providing evidence-based care. As a Testing Clinician, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care while adhering to clinical documentation standards and HIPAA regulations. Your work will directly impact individuals' well-being and recovery journey, making a meaningful difference every day. Duties Conduct thorough mental health assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning for children, adolescents, and adults with various mental health conditions. Administer and interpret clinical tools such as ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding for accurate diagnosis documentation. Document all patient interactions meticulously within EMR/EHR systems following clinical documentation standards and HIPAA guidelines. Skills Proven experience in clinical assessment techniques. Strong knowledge of ICD coding (ICD-9, ICD-10) for accurate diagnosis documentation. Experience working with children, adolescents, individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder. Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, HIPAA compliance, and clinical ethical guidelines.
