Job Description
Key Responsibilities Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status and treatment. Obtain and organize medical records, bills, police reports, and other evidence. Coordinate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and lien holders. Monitor case progress and maintain accurate case files. Assist with settlement demands, negotiations, and case resolution. Support attorneys with case preparation and litigation-related tasks as needed. Qualifications Prior personal injury case management experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Knowledge of insurance claims and medical records. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and work independently. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software.
