Job Description

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the implementation of behavior intervention services, supporting Behavior Technicians (BTs), and ensuring high-quality clinical care under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) . This role plays a key part in maintaining treatment integrity, staff development, and positive client outcomes. Minimum Qualifications Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or a related field (or currently enrolled in a Master's program) Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in an ABA or related setting Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities Strong knowledge of ABA principles and data collection methods Ability to pass background check and meet all state requirements Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client locations Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and individualized treatment programs under BCBA supervision Oversee and support Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) to ensure consistent and accurate service delivery Provide ongoing coaching, modeling, and performance feedback to BTs during and after sessions Conduct competency assessments and ensure staff meet clinical and documentation standards Monitor treatment fidelity and ensure programs are implemented as designed Review client data regularly and communicate progress, concerns, and recommendations to the BCBA Maintain consistent oversight of assigned caseload, including scheduling, productivity, and service delivery Collaborate with families, caregivers, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams Participate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions Leadership & Clinical Expectations Promote a positive, supportive, and accountable team environment Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical guidelines, and HIPAA standards Support staff development through mentorship and training Maintain professional communication with clients, families, and internal teams Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications Working toward BCBA certification (if not already obtained) Experience conducting FBAs and program development Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary or hourly rate: $25.00 - $35.00 Opportunities for career growth into BCBA or Clinical Leadership roles Supportive clinical team environment Mileage reimbursement (if applicable)
