This position offers a balanced blend of leadership responsibilities and direct patient interaction, allowing you to remain connected to patient care while helping shape the success of the entire clinical team. What You'll Do Clinical Leadership Support the Director of Nursing in daily clinical operations Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to field staff Assist with supervision, coaching, and development of caregivers Provide leadership coverage when the Director of Nursing is unavailable Patient Care & Case Management Conduct admissions, reassessments, supervisory visits, and recertifications Develop and oversee individualized plans of care Ensure patients receive high-quality, compassionate services Participate in direct patient care as needed Quality & Compliance Ensure compliance with state regulations, accreditation standards, and company policies Perform chart audits and clinical documentation reviews Support quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness activities Monitor patient outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement Community & Referral Relationships Collaborate with referral sources, physicians, hospitals, case managers, and community partners Promote NurseSpring's commitment to exceptional care and service Staff Development Provide clinical education, competency validation, and skills verification Assist with onboarding and ongoing training of nursing staff Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and excellence Schedule This role offers flexibility and variety: Approximately 50% administrative and leadership responsibilities Approximately 50% patient care and field visits Qualifications Required Current Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Minimum one year of home care supervisory experience Strong knowledge of home care regulations and standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Pediatric home care experience Leadership or management experience within home health, private duty, or healthcare services What Success Looks Like The ideal candidate: Leads with compassion and accountability Builds trust with patients, families, and staff Maintains high clinical standards Solves problems proactively Communicates effectively and professionally Helps create an environment where both employees and patients thrive Benefits The following benefits are available to full-time employees: 401(k) with Company Match Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Life Insurance Paid Time Off Professional Growth Opportunities Join a Team That Makes a Difference Every Day At NurseSpring, we don't simply provide care—we serve.
