Job Description

Licensed Clinician is responsible for providing intensive home-based services with families, couples, and individuals. Responsible for client documentation and tracking client information for various programs. Provide Therapeutic Supervised visitation and Therapeutic Support Services both in-home and in-office. Provides clinical supervision to all HOME staff members and supportive services to Healthy Families program staff as well. Light caseloads. Flexible scheduling with hours primarily afternoon to evening. Please send resume if interested in applying.
Education/Experience:
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or related field required. Three to four years' experience in social work, counseling and therapy required. Must be licensed in area approved by the Program Administrator or have the ability to become licensed within twelve (12) months from date of hire. Specific Duties Conduct family evaluation in client's home. Work closely with HOME and Healthy Families Program Manager, supervisors and staff to identify family strengths and needs. Assess abuse or neglect. Recommend services to meet family's needs and provide appropriate referrals. Keep progress reports on all clients with formal evaluations. Provide accurate case records within grant requirements. Work closely with support staff to track information. Attend and participate in team meetings. Oversee progress of groups and recommend necessary changes. Performs other duties, as required by Executive Director, Program and Clinical Supervisor. Attend required programmatic trainings as deemed necessary by the Executive Director and Clinical Supervisor. Proved face to face Therapeutic Service both in home and in office. Pay:
$27.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 25.0 per week
