Job Description

A well established Personal Injury law firm is seeking a case manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service and be willing to provide our clients with top notch service. We are looking for hardworking individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on client communication and case management.
Client Communication:
Serving as the main point of contact for clients throughout their case, providing compassionate and timely updates, support, and guidance Educating clients on the personal injury process, medical treatment, and personal injury process to manage expectations Maintaining detailed case notes and documentation to ensure all conversations, emails, and meetings are accurately noted Assisting clients in obtaining medical treatment when necessary and following treatment throughout treatment plan
Case Management:
Reviewing medical records, medical bills, and treatment for any possible issues Identifying and obtaining valid medical liens in compliance with state and federal law Working with medical providers to file health insurance and resolve balances Communicating with insurance adjusters to obtain and provide necessary information Drafting demand packages to ensure accuracy of medical summaries, treatment, and general damages Qualifications (minimum): 2 year of Customer Service experience; Associate's degree; Proficiency with working Microsoft Word and Adobe; Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills. Pay will be determined based on your skills and experience. No phone calls, please.
