Job Description About Cairn Recovery Resources Cairn Recovery Resources is a trusted behavioral health organization providing a continuum of care for individuals facing substance use challenges. Our services include outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment, case management, and supportive housing. We take pride in our client-centered approach, teamwork, and commitment to recovery. Position Summary We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Clinical Counselor to join our Zanesville team. The counselor will provide therapeutic services to male-adults with substance use disorders and contribute to a supportive, professional, and growth-focused environment. This role works closely with the Clinical Director and team to ensure high-quality care and compliance with all clinical standards. Key Responsibilities Manage a consistent caseload of clients, providing both individual and group counseling sessions. Facilitate group sessions daily in alignment with treatment plans. Develop, update, and maintain treatment plans, progress notes, and diagnostic assessments. Collaborate with the Clinical Director and colleagues to support clinical and administrative functions. Participate in outreach activities, such as community partner tours or advocacy meetings. Maintain strong communication with referral sources, courts, and community organizations. Represent Cairn Recovery Resources as a positive and professional ambassador for recovery services.
Qualifications and Skills :
Required:
LPC, LSW, LCDC, LCDCII
Preferred:
LPCC, LISW, LICDC, LISW-S, LPCC-S
