Psychotherapist (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT) -
Brain Injury Rehab Location:
Reports to Quakertown, PA Why Join Success Rehabilitation? At Success Rehabilitation, we specialize in helping adults with Acquired Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI) regain their independence. As a Psychotherapist, you aren't just a provider; you are a clinical leader in a multidisciplinary team. The Role:
Clinical Impact & Leadership You will provide individual and group cognitive-behavioral interventions for both residential and outpatient clients. Your work focuses on the intersection of emotional, behavioral, and cognitive recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Intervention:
Provide individual Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychotherapy to meet goal-specific treatment plans.
Collaborative Care:
Partner with a multidisciplinary clinical team to track client outcomes and documentation.
Advocacy & Education:
Participate in staff development regarding TBI-related topics and specialized client goals.
Reporting:
Prepare professional progress reports and status updates in accordance with company policy. Qualifications (Required)
Licensure:
Must hold a current and valid Pennsylvania License (LPC, LSW, LCSW, or LMFT).
Education:
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
Driver's License:
Valid driver's license is required.
Team Spirit:
Proven ability to work effectively within a high-energy clinical team.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in Rehabilitation , Residential care, or with Special Populations. Background in Drug and Alcohol recovery/Addiction counseling. Knowledge or a strong willingness to learn about Brain Injury (TBI) . Clinical Therapist - LCSW or LPC wanted to support our Medicare population. Experience with Medicare documentation preferred.
